What was the result of the experience?

The result of the experience was challenging but ultimately positive and enriching. In the organization where I work, there are issues with assertive communication and limited personal relationships among coworkers. Initially, this created difficulties in aligning our efforts and collaborating effectively. However, through this experience, I learned the importance of fostering open communication and building stronger interpersonal relationships. This helped to clarify misunderstandings and align our efforts toward common goals. Would you change anything to handle it in a better way?

Although I am satisfied with how I managed the situation, there is always room for improvement.
